That is why we set out to implement the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in our operational control and work processes at the end of 2021. We are pleased to inform our existing and future partners that we have successfully achieved our goal on 12.09.2022 and obtained the quality management certificate for the “Next generation sequencing based diagnostic and research support tests, molecular biological products and consumables distribution”. By implementing an ISO 9001 quality management system, we have defined and documented the work processes that guarantee the conformity of the services and products we provide. We are convinced that the main basis for the long-term development of our company is the good relationship we build with our partners. We are confident that the introduction of a quality management system will help to serve the needs of our partners at an even higher level.
